Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are applicable under specific circumstances and are subject to the terms outlined in this policy.

Cancellation Period:

Cancellations made in writing and received by the wedding celebrant over 30 days before the wedding date will be subject to a 50% refund.

Non-Refundable Deposits:

The initial deposit is non-refundable and will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process:

Upon receipt of a valid cancellation request within the designated cancellation period, the wedding celebrant will cancel any outstanding invoices and return any payments over the value of 50% of the initial contract.

Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the initial transaction unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

 

Additional Fees: 

Any additional fees incurred by the wedding celebrant, such as travel expenses or materials purchased specifically for the event, may be deducted from the refund amount. Clients will be notified of any additional fees and deductions before the refund is processed.

Exceptional Circumstances: 

In cases of exceptional circumstances, such as illness or unforeseen emergencies, the wedding celebrant may consider offering a partial refund or rescheduling the services. Requests for refunds based on exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the decision will be at the discretion of the wedding celebrant. Clients are encouraged to maintain open communication with the wedding celebrant regarding any changes or concerns related to their booking. b. Timely communication can help facilitate the refund process and ensure a smooth experience for both parties.

 

Modifications to the Policy:

This refunds policy is subject to change at the discretion of the wedding celebrant. Any modifications to the policy will be communicated to clients in writing and will apply to future bookings.
